With over 13 years of dedicated experience, the company has solidified its position as a trusted solar provider, specializing in quality solar design and installation in Kansas City and the surrounding areas of Missouri and Kansas.

How Good Energy Solutions gives back 

Good Energy Solutions has consistently made impactful contributions through its philanthropic initiatives. Over the last few years, the company has been actively giving back to its hometown of Lawrence, Kansas, by donating solar panel systems to various charitable organizations. Notable beneficiaries of this ongoing commitment include The Sunrise Project, Van Go Arts, and The Ballard Center.

Hawx stands out by offering a complimentary initial inspection for all new cases, demonstrating its commitment to providing thorough and accessible pest control solutions.

How Hawx Pest Control gives back 

Hawx Pest Control actively participates in various initiatives aimed at giving back to the community and promoting environmental sustainability. One notable contribution is through the "One Tree Planted" initiative, where the company donates one tree for every sale, contributing to the global effort to create a healthier and greener world. 

Additionally, the company engages in planting events, with employees participating in tree-planting activities during the month of Arbor Day, actively contributing to reforestation efforts.

In support of breast cancer research, Hawx Pest Control has partnered with its employees to donate to the Breast Cancer Research Fund (BCRF), contributing to the ongoing fight against breast cancer.

How Ion Solar Pros gives back 

As an annual sponsor of the John Ellis Memorial Golf Tournament for Cancer Research, the company actively contributes to the fight against cancer. This sponsorship underscores Ion Solar Pros' dedication to supporting critical research initiatives and advancing the cause of cancer awareness and prevention.

In addition to its involvement in cancer research, Ion Solar Pros extends its philanthropic efforts to address immediate community needs. The company generously provides winter clothing, including jackets, sweatshirts, and hats, along with food donations to the Pope Francis Center for Renewal in Waterbury, CT.

An additional noteworthy contribution is the annual sponsorship of the Hall of Trees in Wolcott, CT. This event focuses on supporting three needy families in the town by providing them with their entire Christmas, including meals and all requested gifts for each family member.

How Orkin gives back 

Orkin is deeply committed to giving back to the community through two impactful initiatives — OrkinServes and Mosquitoes Don’t Deserve a Drop. OrkinServes, an employee volunteer program, encourages Orkin branches across the country to set aside dedicated time for giving back to their local communities. 

Since its inception, Orkin employees have collectively donated thousands of hours of volunteer service to residents and organizations in the U.S. In 2023 alone, over 250 branches participated in OrkinServes, with 1,347 volunteers completing 2,147 hours of service. The activities range from home-building efforts to donation drives and disaster relief support. 

The Mosquitoes Don’t Deserve a Drop campaign, in partnership with the American Red Cross, addresses public health threats associated with mosquitoes while contributing to the national blood supply. This initiative aims to generate substantial financial donations for the American Red Cross to ensure a reliable blood supply for patients in need, particularly during the challenging summer months when blood donations typically decline. 

Since 2020, Orkin has donated over $620,000 to the Red Cross and collected hundreds of units of blood. In 2023 alone, the campaign resulted in 126 blood donations, equating to 378 saved lives. Orkin's commitment to these impactful initiatives showcases its dedication to making a positive and meaningful impact on both local communities and national public health efforts.

Rove Pest Control 

Established in 2006, Rove Pest Control stands as a trusted residential and commercial pest control service, addressing a diverse range of pest issues. With a geographic reach that spans Arizona, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin, the company has become a reliable name in pest management. 

How Rove Pest Control gives back

Rove Pest Control goes above and beyond in its commitment to giving back, making a positive impact across various community initiatives. One notable aspect of their philanthropy is supporting the local zoo.

Engaging with the broader issue of hunger, Rove Pest Control actively participates in food drives across all of its offices, contributing to alleviating food insecurity and fostering community support.

In addition, the company extends its generosity to the Fostering Love Project through regular donations, emphasizing a commitment to the well-being of foster children and families.

One noteworthy initiative involves a solar system donation to The SunHive Organization, benefiting intellectually disabled youth. 

Participation in events such as the Walk to End Alzheimer's, OU Green Week, and Tulsa Clean Cities EV Event demonstrates Solar Power of Oklahoma's dedication to raising awareness about crucial issues and fostering environmental sustainability.
