We recommend a minimum of 15 monthly customers and 100 legacy customers for our Pro + Referrals package. However, our Pro package is designed to help you grow from below those customer meterics to one day graduate to a full-fledged customer referral program.

This varies by industry and company size. However, for referral requests sent to new customers, we see referral rates between 4-8% (excluding your legacy customer lists).

We start customer conversations asking about the customer's experience with the aim to generate reviews. Once the customer provides positive feedback in their response, our system automatically tags that user as an advocate, ready to provide positive reviews and referrals.

You do not need to provide credit card information for our Free package or the Pro package trial. However, for the Pro + Referrals 60-day trial, we do need credit card information in order to automate referral incentive payouts.

Yes, because many of our clients pay month-to-month, they can unsubscribe at any time. However, clients who pay for Snoball yearly receive a 10% discount.
